Article 2.1 - Purpose and Scope

• Europe: 15 business days
• Rest of World: 20 business days

Carriers: We use appropriate carriers based on destination to ensure reliable delivery.

Risk Transfer: Ownership and risk transfer to Customer upon delivery confirmation.

Article 2.6 - Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

EU consumers have 14 days from receipt to return products without penalty. Products must be in original condition and packaging. Custom items cannot be returned unless defective. Return shipping costs borne by Customer unless product is defective.

Article 2.7 - Warranties and Liability

Products are covered by legal warranties against defects and non-conformity per French Consumer Code. Our liability is limited to the purchase price. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
